Sara (1997)

This 1997 Polish drama directed by Maciej Ślesicki features Bogusław Linda as Leon and Agnieszka Włodarczyk as Sara.
Leon, the 40-year-old former soldier who is an alcoholic now, gets a job as a bodyguard. His duty is to take care of one of the Mafia leader’s daughters. His problems begin when he falls in love with the 16-year-old girl.
I love age-difference films, and this one is no exception with Boguslaw Linda being 30 years older than Agnieska.
To appear nude in this movie, Agnieszka Wlodarczyk, who was 15-years-old during filming, needed the consent of her mother Anny Stasiukiewicz. It was her mother who persuaded her daughter to play in the film and to begin her career in show business.
“My mother led me to the castings when I was still a child. I wanted to sing, play, so that everything would revolve around me. I think I wanted to be famous. Mom always walked on high heels and in mini-skirts. When I was 14 years old, she told me to dress like that”.
